Brookings County will weigh a fire danger emergency declaration on Tuesday, as the County Commission considers Resolution 26-30 to prohibit open burning across the county. The commission will also decide on a one-day special events license for an event at the Bennett Barn on August 22, and take action on a malt beverage and farm wine license for a retail location in Elkton.
