The Historic Preservation Commission will hear a presentation on the Downtown Armory, review draft language for a possible landscape award addition to the 2027 Mayor's Awards program, and receive informational reports on a State Heritage Preservation Office survey workshop scheduled for October 10, two state case reports at 414 9th Avenue and 401-403 Main Avenue, and closed applications under the city's 11.1 review process. Public comment during open forum is limited to three minutes per person.
