Three variance requests will be heard. One seeks to reduce the front yard setback at 1418 Pheasant Run Road (case 26-0395). Two related variances concern the west half of Lot 9 and all of Lot 8 in Block 1 of Third Addition: one for front yard setback (case 26-0396) and one for rear yard lot coverage (case 26-0389). The commission will also review proposed amendments to the Access Drives Ordinance and Front Yard Setbacks ordinance, and discuss the November meeting date. Public comment during open forum is limited to three minutes per person.
