At least four council members may be present at the Bobcat Homecoming Parade on September 25 at 2:00 pm. No official city business will be conducted. The parade begins at 6th Street and 5th Avenue, travels south on 5th Avenue to Front Street, west on Front Street to Main Avenue, and north on Main Avenue, ending at 6th Street. Parade line up starts at 1:00 pm.
