The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet to approve minutes and consider a variance application for a property at 66 Oakwood Shoreline Dr., Bruce, under Lake-Park District density and yard requirements (case 2026var014). The commission will also review three plats: Werre Farm Addition, Berwald Addition, and Froiland Addition. A discussion of the Brookings County Zoning Ordinance Update will include a presentation by Sue Engelmann.
