The commission will hold a public hearing at 9:00 AM on the FY2027 provisional budget changes and vote on Resolution #26-37 to adopt the 2027 annual budget. A second public hearing will address the Highway Road & Bridge 5-Year Plan. Routine business includes approval of two plat resolutions, two tax abatement applications (one for $250.72 in disabled veteran status and one for $2,038.44 in 2024 and $2,183.65 in 2025), two amendments to design and bidding agreements with Banner Associates, a $9,866.50 supplemental appropriation for a patrol vehicle accident reimbursement, and approval to fill three vacancies: one full-time female correctional officer, one full-time male correctional officer, and two part-time custodians at the Government Center. Third quarter fund transfers total $928,298.75 from the General Fund to the Highway Road & Bridge Fund and $32,660.25 to the Emergency Management Fund.
