Three informational presentations are scheduled. Brookings Municipal Utilities will discuss the Missouri River Energy Services Agreement. The council will hear proposed ordinance changes for trails, sidewalks, and shared-use pathways regarding electric bikes and scooters. Outside agency requests will also be presented. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person.
