Brookings Historic Preservation Commission — Thu, Sep 10, 2026

Two state case reports will be presented: one on 819 Harvey Dunn and another on 919 4th Street. The commission will discuss subcommittee updates covering survey work, public education, codes and design, and incentives and partnerships. Mayor's Awards planning will include discussion of a possible landscape award addition for 2027. A recap of trolley rides and a neighborhood block party will also be on the agenda. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person.
