Human Rights Commission — Tue, Sep 15, 2026

The Human Rights Commission will discuss membership and budget matters, plan an International Ice Cream Social, and fill a county appointment vacancy. The commission will also hear reports from liaisons at the Brookings Police Department, Brookings School District, SDSU, and other organizations, and receive updates on a diversity, equity and inclusion initiative and work groups focused on advocacy, education, outreach, and communications. Public comment will be accepted.
