The council will consider a conditional use permit to establish an office in a residence at 1103 3rd Street in an R-2 Two-Family District. Ordinance 26-025 on lost, unclaimed, or abandoned property will have its second reading and action. The council will hold a public hearing on a resolution to terminate a development agreement with Linchpin Corporation. Two ordinances will have first readings: Ordinance 26-028 on the 2027 property tax levy and Ordinance 26-029 authorizing budget amendment number 6 to the 2026 budget, with second readings set for September 22. A change order for the Capital Street and 32nds Avenue sanitary sewer and road project will be considered. The council will also vote on dissolving Tax Increment District Number 12. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person.
