The Commission will consider rescinding a burn ban enacted in August. Three plats will be approved: Werre Farm Addition in Section 10, Berwald Addition in Section 1, and Froiland Addition in Section 6, all in Brookings County. The Commission will approve a state contract for community health services and a three-year lease renewal for the Community Health and WIC offices at 1303 Trail Ridge Road. An agreement with CivicPlus for web accessibility services will be considered. The Commission will review a schematic design estimate for courthouse cupola restoration work, including re-anchoring masonry walls, joint sealants, and roof metal panel painting. An equipment operator vacancy in the Highway Department will be addressed. Multiple appointments to county boards and commissions will be made, and recommendations will be submitted to the City of Brookings for board positions. An executive session on personnel and contract negotiations is scheduled, followed by a separate executive session on department head reviews.
