The City Council will hold a regular meeting. The council will consider two budget amendments (26-024 and 26-035), an ordinance amending rules for trails, sidewalks, and shared-use pathways (26-026), a resolution on sidewalk repairs and installation at the expense of abutting property owners (26-064), a resolution authorizing special assessments for lawn care (26-065), and a resolution to enter into a cybersecurity services agreement with Dakota State University (26-063). A public hearing will be held on a special event temporary alcoholic beverage application for the Pope Pius XII Newman Center. The council will also consider appointments to the Human Rights Commission, Disability Awareness Committee, and Health System Board of Trustees. Public comment is limited to three minutes per person.
