Dwiggins-Medary Skate Park opens with a ribbon cutting Monday, August 24, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at 621 Medary Ave. S. City Council and Park & Recreation Advisory Board members will attend, though no official city business will take place. The public is welcome.
