Brookings: Water Bath Canning Basics

A hands-on class on water bath canning takes place August 20 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the library, with participants making their own salsa to practice the technique. The session is open to ages 18 and up. Registration details are available through the library's event listing.
