The Brookings Arts Council opens its 51st Annual Fine Art Exhibition with a reception on Thursday, August 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 524 4th Street. Local and regional artists will be on hand, and light refreshments will be served. The exhibition continues through September 12.
