Freeze Watch

A freeze watch covers this area and surrounding counties in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Temperatures as low as 30 degrees are possible from late Friday night through Saturday morning. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Steps should be taken now to protect tender plants from the cold.
