The Brookings Historic Preservation Commission meets July 9 at 6:00 PM in the Chambers Room at the Brookings City & County Government Center, 520 3rd St. The agenda includes a recap of Brookings Bonanza, updates on trolley rides prep and the basement storage taskforce, and planning for the Mayor's Awards, including a possible new landscaping award for 2027. Commissioners will also review state case reports for properties at 816 4th Street and 324 Main Avenue. The next meeting is scheduled for August 13.
