A Target Ribbon Cutting is set for July 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 801 Lefevre Drive. At least four City Council members may attend, but the gathering is a ribbon-cutting event, not an official council meeting — no city business will be acted on there. It's a chance for residents to see the new store location mark its opening.
