Downtown at Sundown happens Thursday, August 20, from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. on Main Avenue in Downtown Brookings. At least four City Council members may attend, but the city notes this is a notice of quorum only — no official city business will be acted upon at the event. Residents heading downtown that evening may simply see council members among the crowd.
