Downtown at Sundown happens Thursday, August 27, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Main Avenue in Downtown Brookings. At least four City Council members may attend, but the city notes no official council business will be acted on there — it's simply a public notice of quorum. Residents heading downtown that evening may see several council members out and about at the event.
